PRIVACY NOTICE · 2 AUGUST 2026
Your data, plainly explained.
Robert Lewis operates this independent website. This notice explains the information used for accounts, public contributions, safety and site reliability.
What the site stores
Clerk manages sign-in credentials, verification and sessions. This website does not receive or store your password. DropStats stores a one-way hashed Clerk user reference, a generated display name, an optional public username, your public comments and requests, private support messages, moderation records and basic posting timestamps.
Why it is used
Account information provides the community features you request. Posting limits, reports and moderation protect the site and its users. Operational information is used to diagnose failures and keep weapon data current. The site does not sell personal information and currently has no advertising or behavioural-profiling system.
What is public
Your username or generated display name appears beside public comments, feature requests and website issue reports. Private support requests are visible only to administrators. Do not put passwords, email addresses or other sensitive information in a public post.
Service providers
Clerk supplies authentication. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure. Those providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies
Authentication uses cookies or similar storage that is necessary to keep signed-in users connected securely. No optional advertising or analytics cookies are currently configured. If that changes, this notice and any required consent control must be updated first.
Retention and deletion
Public contributions remain until you delete them, an administrator removes them, or the account is deleted. Private requests are kept only while they are needed to handle the request and maintain an appropriate safety record. The account page provides a permanent deletion control that removes the DropStats profile and contributions before deleting the Clerk identity.
Your choices and rights
You may edit or delete your own comments, choose or change your public username, and delete the entire account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to use of your personal information.
Contact
For a private privacy, account or safety request, use the private contact form. Public website problems can be added to the issue board.
